  • Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time within the UAE is 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Express Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional cost. Orders placed with express shipping are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

  • Availability: At this time, Provence Decoration UAE ships only within the UAE. We do not offer international shipping. For customers outside the UAE, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
